What is a free in-home care assessment? 

An in-home care assessment is a personalized consultation conducted by our team to understand your unique needs, preferences, and requirements for care services. 

What can I expect during the assessment? 

A member of our team will visit your home to discuss your specific situation, assess your daily routines, health considerations, and any challenges you may be facing. This helps us tailor our services to meet your individual needs. 

How long does the assessment take? 

The assessment typically takes around 60 to 90 minutes. However, the duration may vary based on the complexity of your situation and the level of detail we need to gather. 

What topics will be covered during the assessment?

We will discuss your medical history, daily routines, specific care needs, preferences, and any concerns you may have. This helps us create a customized care plan that aligns with your goals. 

Is there any obligation to proceed with services after the assessment? 

No, there is no obligation to proceed with services after the assessment. Our goal is to provide you with information and recommendations tailored to your needs. You have the freedom to decide whether our services align with your expectations. 

Will my information be kept confidential? 

Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Your personal information and discussions during the assessment will remain confidential.

How much does home care cost? 

Because the cost of home care varies depending on individual needs and services required, it is best to consult with a representative to discuss personalized options tailored to specific circumstances. We do offer a special for new clients to help them get started with a 1 time 3 hour session with a senior member of our team for $75. After this session our team member will spend an additional 15-30 minutes discussing the clients future needs and caregiver requirements. 

How soon can services start after the assessment? 

Once the assessment is complete and you decide to proceed, we strive to initiate services as soon as possible. The timeline will be discussed and agreed upon based on your preferences and urgency.
