Our Commitment
Guaranteed Raises
We believe an employee should be continually rewarded for the work they do. Our caregivers receive three raises in their first year of employment; after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Additionally all caregivers continue to receive annual raises, ensuring caregivers that stick with the team!
Semi-Annual Bonuses
We go beyond the ordinary by providing GUARANTEED bonuses twice a year at Christmas and 4th of July. These bonuses are transparently calculated so that caregivers will know how much they are receiving and can plan accordingly. All For One employees throw the best 4th of July parties!
Time-Off
We respect our employees' time off and believe it's theirs to enjoy. That's why we offer the option for team members to sell back their earned vacation time, providing them with some extra spending cash for that well-deserved vacation or something extra to pull from in case of an emergency.

Although our compensation may be higher than our competitors; our ability to hold on to and attract the best caregivers allows us to keep hiring costs low ensuring that we keep care costs down for those we serve!
