We believe the best caregivers are those that love what they do and are rewarded for doing it well. All of our caregivers receive raises after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year of employment with additional raises annually thereafter.  

Semi-Annual Bonuses 

At All For One Home Care, our care aids enjoy the benefits of transparent and rewarding bonuses. Twice a year, during the festive holiday season in December and the patriotic celebrations of the 4th of July, we distribute bonuses based on your hours worked. Our calculation process is clear and straightforward, ensuring that you are always informed about the bonus amount you're set to receive. On average, a full-time caregiver earns $1000 per bonus period, totaling $2000 annually. Join our team and experience the satisfaction of knowing your hard work is recognized and appreciated. 

Time Off at All For One Home Care: A Balanced Approach to Well-Being

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Policy

Sick Time:

  • Earn sick time at a rate of 1 hour for every 25 hours worked.
  • Accumulate up to 40 hours of sick time per year.
  • Sick time accrual begins immediately upon employment.
  • Eligible for use after 90 days of employment.
  • Carry forward up to 40 hours of unused sick time annually.

Vacation Time:

  • Once 40 hours of sick time are accrued in a year, you begin accruing vacation time at the same rate (1 hour for every 25 hours worked).
  • Earn an additional 40 hours of vacation time per year.
  • Unused vacation time doesn't expire, with a cap at 200 hours banked.

Additional Provisions:

  • Employees with 100+ hours in their vacation bank have the option to sell it back.
  • Upon employment termination, receive payout for all unused vacation time; unused sick time does not receive a payout.
